XYF series electric oven produced by our factory is suitable for making bread, cakes and other baked foods.it is the ideal equipment for every unit, every food restaurant and every market. This product adopts far infrared electric heating tube heating, adding 12 electric heating tubes for each layer, with strong thermal radiation effect, can make the baked goods heated evenly, from the surface to the inside, fast time, excellent color and taste, in line with the national health standards. At the same time, the use of electronic automatic temperature controller, furnace temperature (20-400°C) within the range of arbitrary adjustment, automatic temperature control, fully meet the baking process requirements.

Instructions:
- Balance the electric furnace on the horizontal floor, and turn the control switch to the OFF position.
- Connect the ground screw provided with the body shell and connect the ground wire to ensure safety.
(1) When the rated voltage of XYF-10ED is 220V, the power line shall be connected with 32A air switch with leakage protection, and then the three phase lines L1, L2 and L3 shall be bundled together and connected to the phase line of the air switch, while the zero line N shall be connected to the zero line; When the rated voltage is 3N~380V, the power line should be connected with 20A three-phase four-wire air switch with leakage protection.
(2) When the rated voltage of XYF-20ED is 3N~380V, the power line shall be connected with 40A three-phase four-wire air switch with leakage protection.
(3) When the rated voltage of XYF-30ED is 3N~380V, the power line shall be connected with a 60A three-phase four-wire air switch with leakage protection.
- Choose the "working" and "stop" state of each layer of furnace. When hitting the "work" position, the indicator light is on, the layer is in the working state; when hitting the "stop" position, the indicator light is off, the layer is in the stop state.
- Turn the knob of the temperature controller according to the need to make the temperature pointing to the desired temperature (that is, the final temperature in the furnace)
- This product is automatic temperature control. When the temperature controller fails, the temperature controller should be replaced as soon as possible.
- The oven and cake plate should be kept clean after each use to ensure the quality of baking.
- This instruction manual is not applicable to persons with physical, sensory, or intellectual disabilities, or lack of experience or knowledge.
Note: Do not spray directly with water when cleaning the machine.
